Hi all,
We have CI field in incident table but for one particular CI is not showing into our PROD, but its coming into DEV
I have almost everything from Reference qualifier to Script include. all are the same as present in the DEV instance
Any suggestion what could be the reason.
Or How can i add that particular CI into that field into PROD.
Thanks!!

Tough to say but you can confirm through query BRs, dictionary override for that particular field on the incident field, is that CI retired, etc.
Mark my response as helpful if it helped gain any insight into your issue.
Thank you,
Mahesh.

Hi Mahesh,
I have checked the CI is in operational state as it is not retired.

Do both CIs have the same sys_id? If not, it could be a case of different sys_ids. If that's the case, export the CI from Dev and import it into Prod via XML.
Also check is all other CI of same class in available in Incident form?
