Configuration item is wrongly updated on a vulnerability response item ticket.

Hi Experts,
can anyone help me with that why configuration item is wrongly updated on a vulnerability item ticket(here Qualys is integrated with servicenow which is creating vulnerability tickets in servicenow). the updated CI is also related with the actual CI ( which was earlier there but updated now with wrong CI)
In the attched snap, ethernet is the wrong CI on the ticket and the CI attached to it should have been there on the ticket.

Hi @ShivamSingh ,
I have not seen that issue, Please make sure Scheduled jobs to update the Duplicate CI are running as well as just refresh the CMDB Workspace as end of the day , Data will be only fetching from Duplicate CI dashbaord.
Also check the filter and class addition condition on CMDB workspace.
