Hi All,
I am implementing Normalization for Configuration Item(computertable(cmdb_ci_computer)) for Model ID Field which is referencing to Product model table.
If Model ID is being populated as Lenovo 4291H67(Display name combination of Manufacturer +Model Name).Then I need to populate as Lenovo ThinkPad X220.
Also in Model table I need to normalize model name and Model number to ThinkPad X220 which are currently populating as 4291H67 .
Please help me with the steps .I have installed normalization data services plugin .I am confused with which table i need to create normalized mapping and in which field dictionary I need to add qualifier .
