Hi Community member,
What are the available capabilities in ServiceNow to restrict inline (list) editing on the Case Task (sn_customerservice_task) table?
Specifically, when the Billed (u_billed) field is true, users should not be able to edit the State field from list view, while only users with the admin role should be allowed to change the State for billed tasks.
Any help is highly appreciated...
