Is it possible to configure ServiceNow to be able to copy files and paste them into Incidents, Forms, KBs, Catalog Requests? Instead of having to save an image or file and then attaching.

Can you elaborate your use case?
Do you want to save a screenshot of a servicenow page to this tables?
Or do you want to attach an attachment?
I think you can already drag and drop files to the record from your system to attach a file.

It would be for adding attachments of images. So if an image is on your clipboard you could paste it. In some cases this may be easier then dragging and dropping images

Interesting. I just tried on Mac OS. taking a screenshot and then you CTRL V to paste and it worked.
I also have SNUtils, so not sure if it is because of that. But you can try without SNUtils. If doesnt work, install SNUtils which is a really handy tool for developers as suggested by @GlideFather

Hi @adamtoth,
it's not available OOTB but it's possible with SN Utils browser extension.
It's created by Arnoud Kooi, check the official website https:// arnoudkooi . com or google "SN Utils"
(remove the blanks, if I copy external link to this Community forum, my message will not be visible)
After you enable this extension you will be able to copy and paste images or other files. The tool is officially for developers so it will not be solution to allow copy/paste of images to wide audience...
