In the cmdb_ci_business_app table, we have around 160 business applications with different names. However, several business applications have similar APM numbers.We are facing an issue where the same APM number is assigned to two different business applications. One of them was created through an integration, while the other was manually created via a data load.Business applications were first created through a data load. Later, business applications created through integration had the same APM number.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue before? What would be the best approach to identify and resolve these duplicate APM numbers in Business application ?
