Why are the OOB Lifecycle mappings for Server table different than Hardware table? They use operational status but they map to Configuration Item controls. Why not Hardware controls?
The available choices (ie controls) for Configuration Item are limited compared to Hardware.
I want to remap the OOB mappings for Server to use the Hardware controls. Are there any issues with this?
