Data certification percent complete wrong calculation

Hello all,

I found an issue about when i certify some CIs from a Certification Task. The percent complete field has an odd behavior.

For example: 

1 Cert Task has 4 CIs to certify

- If i certify all CIs one by one, the percentage is 100 which is good, work as expected

- BUT, if i certify all CIs at once, the percentage is 25. 
I found the script that makes the calculation of the percent complete field, And if i understood correctly it is based on how many CIs do you have and how many did you attested/rejected. 

Apparently it seems that the percent field thinks that i made just one attestation over one CI. 100/4=25 

Do you know if this is a bug or it can be fixed somehow? Because i have some tasks with 400 CIs and would take a long time to attested them one by one
