Is there a simple way to assign data certification task to multiple specific users?

Hi @adamtoth ,

 

Data Certification tasks (generated by certification schedules or policies) are usually assigned to:

  • A user, or

  • A group (better for multiple users to pick up tasks)

ServiceNow out of the box (OOB) doesn’t support splitting the same certification task to multiple users at once.
Tasks are intended to be owned by a single user or group to avoid conflicting updates.
