I am using Data Manager (from Management tab in CMDB Workspace) to delete all CI's ( for clean up of old stale CMDB that was never used). I create Delete Policy and go to the the scheduled job and "execute now" and I notice a timeout message at 5 minutes, so I need to execute the scheduled job multiple times. Is there a property that I can update to increase this timeout value? OR if I just let the scheduled job at normal time will it still be stopped after 5 minutes?

CMDB Data Manager Policy appears to be bulk management for the CI Life Cycle and keeping the CMDB clean of old CIs. This is not a one-time clearing of the CMDB.
If you want a full clearing of the CMDB, use a System Data Management Delete Job. It's not scheduled, so you will have to click the "Execute Now" on it, but I've never had it stop on me. That doesn't mean it won't. I haven't pushed the limits. It's still probably a good place to start.
Good luck!

I'm having the same issue. Trying to use CMDB Data Manager to delete CIs based on a policy. But each of the tasks created are getting closed with the comment "An execution timed out with timeout of 600000 MILLISECONDS", and the task State is set to "Closed Incomplete".
