Data sync issue in Microsoft Intune and ServiceNow Integration

Hi,
We have installed "Service Graph Connector for Microsoft Intune" plugin in our instance for getting the data from Intune to ServiceNow. While testing, we faced below issue.
1- Once we get the software information in ServiceNow, After that if any update happened in Intune regarding that software like install/uninstall. That information will not get updated in ServiceNow.
Can anyone guide like why this is happening?
Also, please let us know on the cons/limitations of ServiceNow Integration with Microsoft Intune.

Hi Sandeep,
We are using the ServiceNow OOTB functionality which comes when we installed "Service Graph Connector for Microsoft Intune" and "Microsoft Intune Spoke" plugin. So, the data will be imported to CMDB tables through Scheduled Data imports.
Software data is coming in ServiceNow through this integration but after that if any update happened in Intune regarding that software like install/uninstall. That information will not get updated in ServiceNow. Basically, Automated software install/uninstall status is not coming.

Hello, do you have any solution for this? We are experiencing the same issue...I think the software should be updated if uninstalled or so...
