Database information storage details

Hi Experts,

Need help regarding database storege tables 

I have below types of Databases and instances 

MSSQL DB(OnPrem) / MSSQL DB INSTANCE (OnPrem)

AZURE SQL DB / AZURE SQL DB MANGED INSTANCE 

AZURE POSTGRE SQL / AZURE POSTGRE MANAGED INSTACE

We don't have ServiceNow discovery , hence we have custom discovery

I am confused in which tables should I store these details as 

In CMDB_CI_DATBASE or CMDB_CI_DB_MSSQL_DATABASE or

CMRB_CI_CLOUD_DATABASE
