Good afternoon,
I'm looking for clarification regarding potential licensing or cost implications associated with the ServiceNow CMDB Ingest for Falcon Discover 2.0 integration.
The goal is to use the native CrowdStrike application/plugin to ingest CMDB data from ServiceNow into the CrowdStrike Falcon console for asset enrichment. Examples of attributes we are interested in synchronizing include:
- Operating System
- OS Version
- CPU Manufacturer
- Managed By / Owned By
- IP Address
- MAC Address
- Location and support information
- etc
I am trying to better understand whether enabling and using this integration would incur any additional ServiceNow licensing costs and, if so, how those costs are calculated.
Some specific questions:
- Is the integration covered under existing ServiceNow CMDB/ITSM licensing, or is additional licensing required?
- Does the integration consume IntegrationHub transactions or any other metered resources?
- If costs are involved, are they based on:
- Number of assets/devices ingested?
- Number of API calls or transactions?
- Number of synchronization jobs?
- User licensing?
- A specific ServiceNow product subscription?
- Are there any usage thresholds, limits, or best practices that should be considered for large environments with thousands of CMDB assets?
- Has anyone implemented this integration and observed any impact on their ServiceNow licensing or subscription costs?
Any details, documentation references, or real-world experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @siemin13
If you are using Service Graph Connector for CrowdStrike , It is free., if you are using Service graph Connector.
Any questions related to licensing or subscriptions should be directed to your ServiceNow Account Executive.
They are the best point of contact to clarify licensing, subscription, and package-related queries based on the products and entitlements your company has purchased.
