Hi, I imported and updated CMDB records such as Manufacturer=Cisco, Model ID=Cisco Room Bar for Cisco Room Bar. However, it empties Model ID after discovery run.
Model Id and manufacturer are populated form Model IDs.
Can you check the payload of Classification probe and take the OID and check in the SNMP OID Classification whether the OID is given or not. If not, create the OID and associate the ModelID and Manufacturer.
So, whenever the discovery runs, it will call the OID details from the table.
