Is there something in particular that needs to be modified for Discovery on Non-Domain devices? We have the following:
- Local admin on non-domain device
- Credential in ServiceNow listed as .\UserName
- File and Print Sharing enabled
- Same Firewall rules used for On Domain devices are used for Off Domain
- UAC Disabled
- LocalAccountTokenFilterPolicy DWORD added to registry with 1 as the value
The devices appear to be discovering correctly (all info for OS, software, network, etc is present on the CMDB record), but we are seeing the following issues:
Any insight here? I am not sure what else to do to make that Admin share accessible.

Hi @Steven Parker ,
If device is discovered successfully, you can ignore the issue.
Also you can check if the ports 5985 and 5986 are open from mid to the target windows boxes you are trying to scan, also these both port are required for successfully discovery.
