I have a quick question and would appreciate your help with some Discovery-related queries.
We are currently in the process of restructuring our CMDB and aligning it more closely with the out-of-the-box (OOTB) ServiceNow model.
My questions are below:
- How do we determine, and prove, that a CI should be classified into a particular target class, and how will Discovery put it there?
