Hi all
We are currently going thru our technical service offering and dynamic CI group creation process and we are getting a lot of feedback from our end users that the offering is not viewable thru an Infrastructure CI form. I understand that since the dynamic CI group is a CMDB query and not a relationship we won't see the offering in our related items.
But right now, the only way I am able to confirm the offering linked to a CI is to go thru the dependency view, the associated services, to double click on the dynaimc group service CI (to display the list of CIs) and then click on view Dynamic CI group button in the CI list to finally get the offering.
This is a lot of clicks to get a crucial information in our CMDB, has anyone find a quicker and more intuitive way to display this information quickly on a CI form ?
