In a domain-separated instance of ServiceNow, is it necessary to maintain product models at the domain level, or should they be maintained globally across all domains?
What are the best practices for managing product models in such an environment, especially when dealing with multiple business units or regions? Any insights or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

You need to first identify if product model should be visible to all or to particular domain, if for all then it should be global otherwise it should domain specific. simple.

Hi @Sai Mahesh ,
If you create record in global domain it wont be visible on child domain as data flow from child to parent so you have to maintain it in your child domain.
In global domain you can see all domain data.

Hi @Sai Mahesh
if the same product model used across domain without any change, then create in global else go for domain-specific.
