I continue to get new Duplicate CI tasks daily for records identified as duplicates that have been created over a year ago as well as updated a year ago. I am curious if there is a limitation on the number of CIs that run against the duplication scanning process since I had assumed these would have been scanned and presented as duplicates the last time it was updated with the duplicate data. This is referring to data outside of those identified in the Health Inclusion Rules, For example, I am seeing Memory module and Serial Number duplicates.

This can happen when a new source is discovering the same CI, for independent CIs during the identification process if there are duplicates then a duplicate task is created, even though there is no update of the information.

I am getting a Duplicate task when I use the Service builder Wizard. Created a Technical Service and a Technical Service Offering and keep getting the Duplicate task even when I use the Service Builder Wizard from Service Now
