Hello,
We've received reports on having duplicate records, i.e. same name and version, in the cmdb_ci_spkg table, with the install count containing different values.
The CIs are discovered through the SCCM, but even there were multiple sources, I'm assuming the IRE should have taken care of de-duplicating.
Has anyone encountered this issue before ?
