what we have to do in service now should we create a business rule or client script in which wherever we create an incident you need to trigger an email to assigned to the user with a few incident details like incident number, short description and description

Hi @aggarwaltan ,

 

 

Client Script cannot be used. for this you can refer OOTB notification called 'Incident assigned to me" or you can try below

1. wherever we create an incident you need to trigger an email to assigned to

go to Notification Module then click on new

fill the below information

for fill details you need to click on fields like below and it will be present
