For instance, upon initiating a ticket, an automated question list would prompt users to input basic details such as their username, site location, problem description, and any other pertinent information.

 

Is this possible and is it available?

If so, can you guide how to find and implement this?

If I am understanding correctly you want users to be able to select something and have it auto populate fields on a form? If that's the case then Form Templates would be your best friend.
