Exclude DR databases from staleness metric enhancement

I want to exclude databases with the role DR from the staleness metric calculation,
so that only primary and actively discovered databases are evaluated for data freshness and quality.

"DR databases are excluded from the staleness metric calculation logic."

I need to check how staleness matric calculation is done in our system and where i can access it to check 

and how can i exclude the DR database from staleness metric calculation

Staleness is calculated based on the rule you set on table level. 

If you go to the CI Class Manager, select the Database class and add a 'health inclusion rule' that applies to the Staleness metric with your filter in the condition, you can make sure it only runs on those DR databases.
