I need assistance in troubleshooting an issue we encounter during service mapping. The load balancer used can be successfully discovered when I do normal discovery and CMDB is populated successfully, however, service mapping exercise using same load balancer fails with the error "Missing pattern-based outgoing connections from load balancer. Please check the correctness of the incoming connection". When I go into the discovery log I see an error on "get irule for VIP" step
No Result returned, check your credentials
I did a debug of F5REST pattern using the management IP of the load balancer and get the following error
"Finished step: null 'Parse the IP Addresses' with Error: Custom operation Parse JSON failed to execute script due to Custom operation Failed to run script due to the following error: JAVASCRIPT_CODE_FAILURE: Cannot read property "items" from undefined. Check the discovery logs for more details.
