Field is not visible neither on a form nor in XML

We have a problem with one field ip_address. 

Field is added to the form in a default view through form layout

This field is also added via form designer

We've checked client scripts, ui policies, acls, dictionary entry, table settings as well - nothing, that could possibly cause this. 

Field is not visible in XML and is missing on a form.

Hi @Karina11 

Can you please check if there are any ACL's on that field with admin overrides as false.

Already mentioned in the description, there is no ACL that is hiding this from us. As we have two for that field, both have admin overrides as true.

I already saw this article, is not useful in my case, as I've mentioned in the description, all steps, and checks suggested there were performed.
