I'm hoping this is in the right place. I'm finding that when I'm creating widgets from reports and then filtering them, I'm getting different results than when i've already created a widget from a report and I start filtering again . The interactive filters do not work as I am expected and I am not sure why there's a discrepancy between data in the reports editor and official widget reports. Examples are : the count of closed incidents over the past month. When I set for this filter i do not get all the incident tickets as requested but rather only some. I only get some results that get back somewhat related tickets. I'd like some help into how to set such parameters properly so I filter for the right thing

Hi @dadekore ,
There can be many reason for the number is different. You need to fully investigate the baseline reports/performance analytics widgets. e.g.: what is the condition used? What is the baseline table? How are the interactive filter / automated breakdown configured etc.

the conditions are the same across the board. although I'm finding that there are extra conditions added to the widgets that were not added in the configuration of the underlying reports such as closed on April 1 at midnight. I did not add some of these extra conditions and I Believe that may be what is causing the problem
