Flow Designer

Hello,

In Flow Designer, when creating a flow you used to be able to make a trigger for when a value "Changes to" a specific value. It seems it is no longer an option. Is there another way to do this? Specifically when a CI is retired I would like the flow to trigger.

Thank you,

Adam

Hello @adamtoth

You need to go to the list view of the table in scope here and find out whether the field has operator changes to or not. If yes, then you will be able to achieve the same as your flow trigger condition shown as an example below:

Example#1: Table Name: Configuration Item

Example#2: Table name: Incident

Hope that helps!

Where do you check if it has operator changes?

Hi @adamtoth

To trigger a Flow when a Configuration Item (CI) is retired, configure the record trigger on the Incident Configuration Item [cmdb_ci] table and set the trigger condition to Operational Status changes to Retired.
