For the project requirement, need suggestion to how to define the IRE's

Both On-Perm and Cloud CI's are in scope for discovery.  Only IT devices are in discovery scope and OT devices are not in scope.

1. Should we go with the OOB IRE - Hardware rule?

2. Shall I make changes at the Hardware level by adding additional identifier?

3. Or to define a customized new rule dedicated for Server class?

4. Primary Identifiers in the order: Serial Number, Name and IP Address.

Reconciliation Rules:

ServiceNow , All attributes , 100

SG-Azure, All attributes, 200

Manual Entry, 300
