Getting Discovery Error: "Identification sections in pattern failed: section: discovery, error: Match step predicate is not matched. "

I am getting "Identification sections in pattern failed: section: discovery, error: Match step predicate is not matched. " error. 
As I was trying to debug it, I can see that it fails on "Validate Serial number or Name is not empty". 

Has anyone encountered this on SNMP IP Network Discovery?
How can resolve this error?

Hi Shirley,

Can u check the payload and is it returning any values for name or serial number? Also check the identification rule on what are the identifiers considered.
