Hi there,
I wanted to know how are you handling CI relationships when you are retiring a CI? Any process you are following? Manual actions or automations ?
Are you deleting or archiving or leaving them as is or how you are doing it today?
PS - I know that here isn't a "typical" retirement process that everyone follow/ there isn't any rules mentioned by ServiceNow on this topic as it varies by org to org.
All that I wanted to know how you are doing it today.

Hi @Suggy
The relationships to the retired CI MUST be deleted/removed .
Mark it Helpful and Accept Solution!! If this helps you to understand.

@SK Chand Basha Thanks for replying. I have already seen that article. I am specifically looking for how 'you' are doing it today.

Hi @Suggy
Create a scheduled job that executes daily to check for retired items and deletes them if they meet the criteria.
