The business app record has a business process field where you can populate the base process. You can also create additional relationships between the business app and processes, as well as relationships between the business app and capabilities.
Define your business service offerings and associate them with specific service instances. Infrastructure should be included within the service instance, and it's best to manage this through service maps.
