How records created in sys time dimension table

Hi,

I am seeking helping hand. I want to know how records being created in this table(sys_time_dimension). I am not able to see any Reference field or any other table referred by this table. I wanna delete records from this table in my client instance. so prior to that I wanna know how this record creating in this table. I have attached screenshot below.

No references found for this table (sys_db_object) When I check in the docs, ServiceNow global search and studio search.

Better you should reach ServiceNow support team before deleting the data.

The table is present  in personal instance.But doubt about how records are created inside the table.
