Hi Shloke,
I read all these document but old instance is working without the credentials.
Not sure how it is working without connection and credential
But when i keep the same setup in my new instance it is not working . not sure how it is connection and credential

Do you still have this issue? Did you test the connectivity? What error are you getting?
Make sure 'Execute CSD Application Discovery' scheduled job is active. Or, you run the discovery by clicking 'Discover No' link from the SCCM Server Instance record.
