Hi @santhosh N ,
When you create a new table in ServiceNow, sysfields (updated, created, etc.) are automatically created, which is recommended by SN. For OOB tables anyway, there are some fields on view/design that you use and customize based on need.

Hi @santhosh N ,
You will not find any ServiceNow recommend fields, but you will find the fields provided by ServiceNow OOTB. Look for if a field have the u_ = custom field.

Usually it is important to populate fields which are used as identifiers in the OOB identification rules of each CI class (although the right set of identifier entries required may not be same as the OOB entries for some organizations depending on the attributes present in their data sources).
