How to import CI relationship from excel to Servicenow CMDB

Hi Team,

We are trying to import data from excel to ServiceNow using Integration HUB ETL.

Our excel data has Parent-Child relationships in excel.

Example- Equipment-->Slot-->Card-->Port

Multi level relationship.

How can we import data along with relationship from excel?  Or After importing all data into servicenow

do we have any logic or rules to make this possible?

Have you already upgraded to Vancouver?
Starting with the Vancouver release you can target multiple tables with Integration Hub ETL.

Yes I am using Vancouver version.

Yes we can do multiple table mapping using integration HUB ETL, only when we have all data in one sheet. like Equipment, Card, Slot, Port..  Same will not work if Sheet1 has Equipment data, Sheet2 has slot data etc..

I can import excel data to their respective column in CMDB. But how can we import relationships to ServiceNow, as mentioned in above post, we have multi level relationships.

Now I am able to map only Column to Column data..  But data which I am importing have relationships like Equipment->Slot->Card->Port. Please advise how can we achieve this one.
