How to reopen Problem

Stature Application Problem  is closed by CSQA Manager but it needs to be re-opened. Please let us know how to re-open it or is there any alternative way for it.

Hello @Abbas_5 ,

 

Are you carrying enough permissions to access closed problem?

 

if not, inform administrator or follow the process to get the solution from admin like through inc.

 

With full admin access, it can be open by changing the state.

You can click on Re-Analyze  To open a closed Problem

Hi @Abbas_5 ,

 

you need to the roles to reopen the Problem record.

 

There's nothing preventing the re-opening of a problem record in the default ServiceNow setup. You've likely got an ACL set up on the problem table that's preventing it. Check out the 'write' ACLs on the problem table and the state field.

 

Also you can use the background Script for that.
