We have the credentials which has reader access to all the subscriptions which discovers data from all data centers related resources successfully.
But we wanted to restrict the datacenters to only few and drop the other data centers before it inserts data into CMDB at staging table level.
can anyone help me with solution for this scenario

You can use Identification Inclusion rule if you want to skip any updates to Data centers:
OR If you don't want Data centers data from a particular Source, you can use Data Source Rule:

will inclusive rule help us to ignore all the resources comes from specific data centers?
I think since this is specific to table , other tables which are updated. by Vm's may not have the location updated but they have the relation getting created.
how can we handle this scenario?

@HareeshKumarP Can you please explain your ask exactly? You want to get the Resource group information but not the Data center data where they are hosted? is that what you are looking for?
