Identification rule synatx

I have a requirement that whenever the asset manager manually creates records, if they alter the syntax while making the record, the system automatically generates duplicate records.

To prevent this, I want identification rules to be applied to specific fields.

Where can I find these rules or syntax?

The table is 'alm_hardware'

Hi @Pankaj ,

1. You can go to 'CI Class manager' module from the navigator and click on open hireracey. Search for the CI class for which you want to create a identification rule. 

2. Once the table is selected, go to > identification rule menu.

3. Click on add+ button to create your identification rule for the selected class..
