Improve Readability of Activity Stream in Service Operations Workplace

In the Service Operations Workplace (see screenshot), it's currently quite difficult to visually distinguish the individual entries in the "Activity" section. All entries appear merged together, which makes it hard to read and follow the updates.

Is there a way to

• highlight entries with light background colors, or
• at least separate them visually (e.g., with lines, spacing, or borders)?

The goal is to improve readability and provide a clearer overview of the activity history — similar to how alternating backgrounds or separators work.

Hi @moritzschim ,
In the out-of-the-box (OOB) configuration, information appears the same across all types of workspaces, such as the Service Operations Workspace and the HR Configurable Workspace. Currently, there are no highlighted entries in the OOB setup.

If you want to do the changes  you have to do customization in UI builder for Service Operation Workspace.
