Improve Readability of Activity Stream in Service Operations Workplace

In the Service Operations Workplace (see screenshot), it's currently quite difficult to visually distinguish the individual entries in the "Activity" section. All entries appear merged together, which makes it hard to read and follow the updates.

Is there a way to

• highlight entries with light background colors, or
• at least separate them visually (e.g., with lines, spacing, or borders)?

The goal is to improve readability and provide a clearer overview of the activity history — similar to how alternating backgrounds or separators work.

Hi @moritzschim 

I didn’t do anything custom for this — it’s working out of the box for me. The only difference I noticed is: when the fulfiller updates the work notes, it triggers a background task. But if the fulfiller only updates the additional comments, no background action is triggered. 

Might be repair the SOW plugin or bring to lates version.
