Hi @RaghavendraD803 ,
If the Resource Group (RG) has a down arrow (expand icon) in the Application Services view, it usually indicates that ServiceNow recognizes it as having child CIs/related components that are included in the service map hierarchy and are eligible to be displayed in the tree.
If some RGs do not show the expand icon even though relationships exist on the CI record, it's worth checking the following:
- The relationships are of the correct relationship type used by the Application Service model.
- The related CIs meet the filters or inclusion criteria for the Application Service view.
- The child CIs are part of the service map/application service topology and not just CMDB relationships.
- The relationships are active and point to valid CIs.
- The Application Service has been recalculated/refreshed after the relationship was added.
- There are no visibility filters, CI class restrictions, or domain separation constraints preventing the child CIs from being displayed.
The presence of relationships on the RG record alone does not guarantee that the expand icon will appear. The child CIs must be included in the topology that the Application Service view is rendering. I would compare a working RG and a non-working RG, focusing on the relationship type, child CI class, and whether the child CIs are actually part of the Application Service topology.
