In ServiceNow we have done the direct Microsoft integration and now there is an ASK for SCCM integration.

So, I want to know if it's still required to integrate SCCM with ServiceNow

If SCCM is still actively used in your environment for managing on-premises assets, integrating it with ServiceNow remains valuable - especially for maintaining an accurate and complete CMDB. While your Microsoft integration may cover cloud-based data (e.g., Intune, Azure AD), SCCM often holds critical device and software inventory that isn’t captured elsewhere.

If SCCM is being phased out or its data is already covered by your existing integration, then a separate SCCM integration may not be necessary.
