How to report on CIs that have been retired at specific date

I'm developing a policy to automatically archive Configuration Items (CIs) that meet specific criteria, including retirement over two years ago. However, I'm unable to locate a 'retired_date' or similar field in the Condition Filter to create a condition like 'retired_date is more than 2 years ago.'

Could you please advise on the appropriate field or method to identify CIs retired over two years ago?

Old CI's may be retired with CMDB Data Manager policy if not done manually, however you can view them from Staleness report and also using most recent discovery to help retired CI's when it was done!

install state -> changes - > retire. That date you can use. Try the filter.
