Two months ago we deployed Service Graph Connector for SCCM, and all was good – everything run fine – no errors.
Recently we noticed that software was not updating correctly. So we checked the SG Connector SCCM ETL IntegrationHub robust transforms.
On checking the SG-SCCM Computer Identity robust transform we noticed that a number of previously mapped fields were no longer mapped including the Source Native Key and a number of other attributes were actually missing.
So, we attempted to manually remap however the mappings would not save i.e. we mapped u_multi_instance_computer_snk to computer.source_native_key, SN then reported the mapping was successfully saved, but on refreshing the page the mapping was gone.
We then checked the table sys_rte_eb_field_mapping and found two mappings existed.
