IRE rules for Tomcat CIs

Hi Team,

 

We have multiple CIs with same display name for Tomcat class and below is the Identification rule

When we further check, even though display name is same, in some cases even installation directory also same but Running process key parameters is different.

 

would like to understand why Running process key parameters different?

 

and should we consider there are duplicates or not ?

Hi @Roopa11 

 

This is OOB behavoiur, I just checked with my personal Instnace, we can not consider these are Duplicate , Also Running process parameter is different as these tomcat application relationship with Different Linux Server, You can open any record and refer the relationship,

 

Dont worry these are not duplicates, for more info you can raise a case with ServiceNow Support team.
