Is there a process to follow to generate JWT key for setting up Service Graph connector for GCP?

We are trying to set up SGC for GCP. Having issue with JWT key, we are getting the error "Error Message Failed to read key from keystore. Get Key failed: Given final block not properly padded. Such issues can arise if a bad key is used during decryption". 

Any insights on how this can be solved?
