Logic Monitor data for DDI devices, having two IPs, how to update CMDB

We are receiving CI data from Logic monitor, where some of the DDI devices are having multiple IP address. i.e. one CI with multiple IPs, due to monitoring requirement. 

But How can we align or update our CMDB accordingly, is it or recommended to create one CI with multiple IPs
