Long access time when accessing the CI Relationship Editor

Hi,

 

Has anyone encountered this issue when you are facing a long time to load the CI Relationship Editor? I faced this issue when I am attempting to add the CI Relationship on the CIs.

Hi @Li Xi Ng ,

 

I have not seen this issue while accessing the CI relationship editor, Check your ServiceNow Instance performance or add more node in backend for ServiceNow.

Yes, if the suggested relationship is high  or the default filter is high it take time,
