Hello Everyone!!

I have the requirement of adding new categories and sub-categories on the incident table, after adding those new categories and sub categories, i want to map the configuration items for the particular categories which recently added in the incident form. Any ideas/Suggestion would be sincerely appreciated.

Hello @Dr Atul G- LNG
Recently i have been added two new categories and some sub-category in the incident table, when i try to submit an incident i dont see any configuration items mapped for the categories which i have been added recently also it prevents me from submitting incident as it was mandatory in the record. I want to add some CI's particularly for the categories.

HI @dmahendran

So it means, for the ealier cat- sub cat there was mapping exits of CI  and now you need same mapping for new cat-sub ad CI
