mid server Issue: MID Server encryption keys do not match and are no longer valid.

Hi,

We are getting the mid server error : "MID Server encryption keys do not match and are no longer valid. To restore proper functionality, invalidate and re-validate the MID Server."

But, after invalidating and validating again, mid server issue is getting resolved, but immediately creating the same issue in new record.

I have tried with Rekey and restarting to but nothing helps.

Please provide insight on this, Thanks in advance!

Sometimes if certificates been used, they get corrupted. You might need to load them again. I would say to check the agent logs. You will the root cause.
